A database is a collection of articles from:
- magazines
- journals
- books
- newspapers

Most databases are searchable by keyword, subject, author, title and/or date.
The library subscribes to databases for a fee. Off-campus users will be prompted to enter a user id and password to access databases. Off-campus database use is limited to members of the College community (SCCC part-time and full-time students, faculty and staff.)
