This is the first draft of the Senate Finance Committee's proposed legislation to overhaul the country's healthcare system.

Released September 16 by Senator Max Baucus of Montana, Chair of the Senate Finance Committee.  200+ pages.

 

Includes President Obama's plan for health insurance reform, as well as video and full transcript of the President's address to a joint session of Congress.

 

This is the first draft of the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pension Committee's bill on healthcare reform.

Released June 2009.  800+ pages.
